What is the difference between Mercedes-Benz C240 vs C320?

I’m checking out some used cars and was just wondering what the difference was between both cars. It’s a 2002 Mercedes-Benz C240 and a 2002 Mercedes-Benz C320. Please let me know. THANKS!
