I want a Mercedes-Benz ML350 SUV is that asking too much as a first car. I will get my license when I pass the test (my second time taking it). I not sure my dad will get it for me.

It depends. If your dad is rich, you stand a good chance. Otherwise, you might want to set your sights a little lower.
It *is* a great vehicle, though! =)
