Sure is, and it’s available from Benz. You first need what they call the ‘basic rack’ which are the 2 parallel bars for the roof and then you can buy any of the roof rack accessories for that basic rack, including a ski holder.
They are a bit on the expensive side but what is nice about the Benz system is that if fits into the roof rail moulding clamps. There is no need to mount it at the top of the door frame (which is how a lot of aftermarket roof racks work and doing that can distort your door weatherstrips over time).
